Description

One of the two required courses every licensee must take every license cycle. This course is intended to keep the licensee up to date on changes in the real estate profession; covering an array of current real estate issues. The course will look at items like current court decisions, legislative changes, a Commission Guideline review, Conflict resolution techniques, and a discussions of when and how to make referrals to other professions in a transaction. There is a No Show Fee of $100.00
